For digital items, there will be no refunds accepted. Due to the nature of the file and immediate availability we will not be able to offer refunds. If there has been a mistake with your purchase, please contact us and we will get it corrected.
Unfortunately since all physical items are custom made to order, NO returns are accepted. However if your item arrives damaged or there was a mistake with customization on our end, please contact our shop immediately. We are happy to fix any mistakes that we have made on our end and will work with you on any damaged items in the shipping process.
If your item is returned by the postal service to the shop, we will not be able to refund any shipping charges or additional shipping charges purchased. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct at checkout as we use the address provided. In the rare event that it was an issue with the USPS and not the address provided, you will not be charged for any additional shipping charges.
If your item is returned, we will attempt to get in touch with you to see if you would like to pay additional shipping fees for the item(s). However if we cannot get in touch with you, you may not be refunded the full item cost depending on the amount of customization that has been done to the item. If the item has any customization done, we will not be able to refund the full item cost.
Exchanges are not accepted due to the customization of each item. If you have any questions about our items, please ask before purchasing. Once the item has been created, there are no exchanges that can be made.
Standard production time is approximately 1-2 weeks on all physical items created. Each item is handmade to order, so please keep this in mind when you are planning your delivery timeline. Some items are available for expedited production time, which is noted as an option in that item before you proceed to checkout.
All items are shipped via USPS. They will be shipped either First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on weight and expedited shipping options selected.
You may use these files to make items for personal use or to sell. You may not resell or distribute the designs. Resizing or editing of the design is not recommended and we cannot guarantee the quality of the design if you alter them in any way. If you are interested in other sizes or file types, please contact us. Each embroidery design created is hand-drawn in digital software by us. Each design is an original design created by us. We never copy designs from other creators.
